Sewing Machine Servicing and Repair

 

We offer a full servicing and repair service thanks to the brilliant expertise of Sewing Machine World in Kings Lynn.

If you pop your machine into the shop; they will pick it up (usually on a Friday) and take it back to their site; bringing it back on completion (usually 2 weeks later).

There are standard prices for servicing; dependent on the type of machine (they can also service overlockers, embroidery machines and cover stitch machines). If they need to get in parts or the cost is likely to be higher, they will always contact you first before going ahead. 

Servicing costs start at £99 for a straight stitch machine; £109 for a standard mechanical and £119 for a basic computerised machine. Do check with us beforehand for our up to date price list. 

Your contract for servicing and repair is with Sewing Machine World. Once the work has been completed they will contact you directly via phone and will take payment directly over the phone. Once paid, the machine is then returned to us so that you can collect it from us.
