All products are available for click & collect, free of charge. Select this on the payment page by clicking on the down arrow within the Delivery box.
You will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a further e-mail to advise.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.50 or free if you spend over £60.00.
We aim to process all orders within five working days (most of the time it's much quicker than this).
We send all large letters first class. Parcels will be sent 2nd class. If you need us to send a parcel out first class; please contact us and we will quote for the appropriate additional shipping cost.
You will receive an email from us advising that your order has been dispatched.
Your order should reach you 3-5 working days after dispatch but please allow up to 10 working days as this is when Royal Mail deem the parcel "lost".
Our standard shipping is not tracked or signed for. If you would prefer to have your parcel sent via a tracked or signed for service, please contact us to arrange. We always obtain proof of postage so that we can look into any lost parcels.
