Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.75 or free if you spend over £65.00.
We aim to process all orders within five working days (most of the time it's much quicker than this).
We send all large letters first class. Parcels will be sent 2nd class. If you need us to send a parcel out first class; please contact us and we will quote for the appropriate additional shipping cost.
You will receive an email from us advising that your order has been dispatched.
Your order should reach you 3-5 working days after dispatch but please allow up to 10 working days as this is when Royal Mail deem the parcel "lost". Also, please allow extra time at Royal Mail's busy times (Christmas, Black Friday etc).
Our standard shipping is not tracked or signed for (but we do obtain receipt of postage so we can offer information should your parcel not arrive when you expected it). If you would prefer to have your parcel sent via a tracked or signed for service, please contact us to arrange.

Not currently available. We are gradually adding customs information to all of our products but until this is complete we are unable to send orders abroad.
