Dressmaking - T-Shirt Multiple Ways (3 Week Course) Thursday afternoons
Join us to make a classic jersey t-shirt.... but there's a twist....
Depending on your skill levels; there is the opportunity to make more than one version on this course and there are plenty of options as we are using the Wardrobe by Me Builder T-Shirt pattern.
The pattern has so many different versions - including 5 different necklines (such as boat neck, traditional curved neck; V-Neck); 6 different sleeve lengths from full length to no sleeves; and 3 different lengths (including straight or curved hems). In all, the pattern has 90 different combinations! So, once you have made one with our expert guidance; you'll be off and running with the opportunity to fill your wardrobe with classic staples or statement pieces. Wow!
If you've sewn with jersey before; it's the chance to push your skills into more technical areas or bash out a few if you get your homework done!
The last course we held of this was so successful we are running it again. Students made between 1 and 3 different tops!
The pattern is included in the class fee (but the materials are not).
This course is suitable for those who have made clothes previously but may not have used stretch/jersey fabrics before.
