True Bias Blair Skirt Pattern
The Blair pattern is a woven skirt that is fitted through the waist and hips and has a straight fit to the hem. It has a button-front opening and belt loops. There are three length options mini midi and maxi. All views have optional pockets with inverted pleats and a belt.
Suggested Fabrics:
Main - Medium weight woven fabrics such as denim, corduroy, linen, and wool.
Lining - Light weight woven fabrics such as cotton lawn, linen, and quilting cotton.
