Learn to Sew Saturday (Drawstring Rucksacks)
Fancy learning how to use your sewing machine?
We're offering a wonderful introduction to sewing through making a super useful and practical drawstring rucksack.
These are great as gym/school bags or a quick throw on bag for any occasion,. Once you have made one you'll be able to make many more in all different shapes and sizes!
The class is suitable for beginners and experienced alike. We will guide you through no matter what your level of sewing is. Teens are welcome (our tutor is DBS checked) but children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (not suitable for Year 6 or below).

What to Bring (Requirements List). You will need to bring your own sewing machine as it is best to learn on what you are then going to use at home. We can give guidance on what machine to buy if you don't already own one.
